- Head to www.lineal.co.uk
- Locate the 'Software' drop down at the top of the page and click on the 'Downloads' option
- From here, click on 'TeamViewer Host'
- Run the downloaded file
- Keep accepting and going forwards with the install when you get to here, choose the one which applies the most to yourself. It's not a make or break option though so don't stress over it.
- Tick this box and TeamViewer should now be installed for you.
- You should now have a TeamViewer ID and Password to give to your technician.
