When .zip file don't extract - unable to open

Windows Explorer > Folder Options > View


Tick 'Launch folder windows in a separate process



Once done, 


Open Task manager from the windows search bar or open using control, alt, delete. 


Locate File Browser and right click > restart process. 


Files will now be able to be extracted and content viewed.
