How to sync Sharepoint to a Mac device

  1. Go to the Sharepoint site on the web (Lineal can provide you with the link if you don't know how to access the site)
  2. On the left hand side pane, select 'Documents'
  3. Click 'Sync'
  4. If prompted, allow the opening of 'OneDrive'
  5. If prompted, sign in to OneDrive with your Microsoft 365 account
  6. Cycle through the pages by selecting 'Next' and then 'Later' when prompted to get the mobile app
  7. Select 'Open OneDrive Folder'
  8. The folder should open itself, if not open 'Finder' and the folder should be open there
  9. To add the Sharepoint site to your sidebar for quick access, drag the folder to the sidebar in between two of the options there currently, where a blue line will appear (this is the line showing where you are inserting the folder)
  10. Allow all the files to sync, in this scenario, these are all the files which are in this Sharepoint site so appear immediately - you may have more or less to sync
