If your Microsoft 365 account is configured for Multi-Factor Authentication, you should be able to reset your own password should it ever become forgotten.
How do I reset my own password?
First, browse to https://portal.office.com
Click the link under the password field titled "Can't access your account"
At the prompt, select "Work or school account"
On the next page, enter your email address & fill in the Captcha form. Press Next.
Tip: Once you've entered your email address, the Microsoft logo at the top should be replaced with your company's logo. This can help you to spot fraudulent pages that are trying to gain access to your account.
Select "I've forgotten my password" and press Next.
Depending on the MFA types you've set up for yourself, complete the security challenges to verify you own the account and restore access without needing to contact Lineal. Ideal for those late night or weekend issues when you just need to get the information you need quickly!
