Keeper: How to Receive Credentials & Files Securely

The Keeper desktop application must be running at least version 17.3.

We recommend getting the Keeper desktop app from, depending on your operating system, so they automatically update:

• Windows Devices: Windows Store
• Apple Mac Devices: Apple App Store

1. If you haven't got a record that you would like the information stored to already, create the record:

2. Select 'One-Time Share'

3. Select 'Create a One-Time Share'

4. Tick 'Allow recipient to edit record fields and upload files

5. Share the link with the intended recipient

6. The recipient can fill in the details

7. Check the record in your Keeper Vault, the information will be filled out for you
